Zero flexibility, they don't treat people like human beings. Half the staff gets fired every few months because the new owners don't know how to run a business or manage people. They take zero accountability for their actions, instead blaming everything on other people and firing them thinking it will fix the problems that they themselves have caused. The business is not doing well as a direct result of the decisions they have made, but they point fingers to everyone but themselves so be ready to take the blame for things that are out of your control. I recommend talking to a former employee before accepting. No one on the recruiting side has been there longer than 8 months because they've either been fired or quit due to the horrible working conditions.

The new owners love to hire and fire. The husband thinks he knows everything about recruiting even though he has absolutely no recruiting experience but he read a book so he knows it all. The President is a sourcer at best and has no people management experience whatsoever. They work their calls and work time around their children’s nap times even though their employees sign a policy stating that we won’t be the caregiver for anyone during working hours. They want the best staff but they treat people like garbage. They have cultivated the most toxic work environment due to their lack of leadership experience. They have a do as I say, not as I do mentality. Every move you make on their equipment is monitored and scrutinized by the husband. They fire you if you do not put all of their company branded info on your personal linked In. They do nothing for business development so you are stuck working with the same awful clients that frequently give new jobs and then cancel them. Don’t even get me started on the HR department. The manager acts like she knows everything but she has no idea what she’s doing.
