Cons
The new owners are AWFUL! They don’t know how to run a company at all. They monitor everything you do on a computer system. They do not have flexibility whatsoever. No laptops. You get an old computer setup. They make you use PTO for every little thing. They have the worst clients known to man. Please do not believe them when they say you can make good commission. The clients they have constantly close jobs after you have sent over candidates. The owner’s husband is a complete and total jerk! Apparently you can’t even contact him because he thinks he is too good to speak to his employees. I’m sure the original owners are more than disappointed in what their daughter and her husband have done to the company. They are not going to make it. I wouldn’t work here because it will soon be shut down.
