REEF has a great concept, very innovative!

Cons

So many… No work-life balance Salaries are very low, they need to do better research on compensation throughout the US. A person working in CA, NY, and Boston have a different cost of living than in FL, TN, and several other states in the US. Working way longer than 40 hours a week Lots of empty promises Policies and procedures are a disaster. If your gut is telling you something is off, it is!

Literally everything management doesn’t care about you gives false promises and flat lies about pay and/or hours
