      Too good to be true

      Flexible work from home schedule.

      Cons

      Have you seen the we work documentary? Is basically a cult like environment. Extremely top heavy, very little resources available to actually get your job done. Extremely long hours, the chaos and disorganization, is a constant waste of time, you start on projects and they constantly get shut down for lack of budget or CEO changing his mind. So there's an overwhelming sense of time being wasted. They thrive on giving people titles, however, pay does not remotely match the title.

      Overworked and Underpaid

      FREE FOOD. AND NOTHING ELSE!

      Cons

      Too many to list it all starts with management and lack there of. Underpaid and expected to work overtime and weekends. Unsafe working conditions health and safety issues. No growth within, with no BONUS and Vacation not guaranteed!
