      Start up company with lots of growing to do

      Pros

      Company culture accepts failure as a path to growth. Company makes several attempts at different solutions until one works.

      Cons

      Company executive leadership do not operate in an ethical and transparent manner; moving around operations and going to accounting to increase margins on client operating cost, then expecting the field leaders to conduct damage control with accounts that are being charged more and not informed. The CEO is interested in one thing, launching his ghost kitchen concept tgat got him the first $1 billion loan from major investors. All other business verticals are treated secondary and are more of a platform to help launch the vision. This is gone when everyone in the company is working towards the same goal, but this is not the case at REEF.

      $20/hr isn't worth it

      They paid me 20/hr as a line cook which is certainly above average.

      Very poor management. That seemed to be the issue with the Chicago branch I worked with. The company also had a lot of issues with
