      Terrible Management in the Product, Technology and Marketing

      Remote work and coworkers in the different teams

      Cons

      Awful management, product department was restructured every 3 months, high turnover of directors, pms, devs, and designers. Lots of chaos and lack of leadership or direction, no product was launched successfully, most of the projects were thrown away or redone.

      The definition of "toxic culture"

      Pros

      - Many smart people - Interesting business concept - Pay isn't bad (but behind other big tech companies)

      Cons

      - People work all day and night, often having to take calls at the weekend - There is zero chance to rest: you are told "we are a 24/7 culture" and there's only 20 days of holiday per year, which is the bare minimum - Lack of organisation: lurch to the left, lurch to the right - People are hired and fired super regularly - The worst culture I've ever worked in -> it's reminiscent of places like Amazon but without the good bits

      International effort with communal roots

      Pros

      Enabling previously vacant lots and busy parking areas with multiple market uses. Fulfilling development needs with diverse job options. forward thinking adoption of technology, both hardware and software.

      Cons

      utilitarian in design and use with equipment failures. not unlike any other business, but at an international scale. inability to continue freelance or contractual work because of possible scheduling conflicts and protection of company information. some locations in areas under development.
