Good startup experience. Fast paced, lots of problems to solve. I liked my team, and made great connections !

Cons

Lower than average pay. More work than there are people, i struggled to find work life balance. Design team members come and go often, with each loss there’s lost knowledge and gaps in files. Hard to pick up and keep things organized with demand for output all the time

Pros

Good people. It is the people in the company that makes it great. Yet, that's really the only benefit.

Cons

Terrible senior management. Horrible communication. Last minute changes and expect things to be done on time. Great "vision", poor execution. A lot of promises, but nothing to be delivered over the years.
