Cons

Terminated almost everyone in the office and move the department offshore. Had many last-minute decisions from the top which delayed increased our workload. Only focused on Kitchens segments and ignored Parking, which is the foundation for everything they are doing. Pay is way below the industry average.

The field staff are good to work with.

Cons

The top management of the company is such a hypocrite. They say "we are all REEF" but don't care when it comes to terminating employees. On one hand they are saying we raised this much money but on the other hand they say they are losing money. They think, we are fools. Looks like they have no solid business plan. They are hiring so many kitchen employees. While, at the same time, they are terminating everyone else. YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU GET LAID OFF

Great pay for how easy the job is.

Cons

Very political, unprofessional and extremely poor leadership and poor upper management. A lot of upper “managers” turn a blind eye, but only when it’s convenient for them to do so. Just simply put, unprofessional.
