      Great Team Environment

      Pros

      Positive and supportive team environment with open communication. Competetive wages with reasonable Per diems to support living away from home.

      Cons

      Extended work away from home, Variable schedules with confusing time off rotations which are inconsistent between different projects.

      Good pay for beginners, tough work schedule

      High pay and ability to use company truck for personal use, ability to advance, good people

      Cons

      tough schedule if flying in, (28 days on for 5 days off), lots of turnover
