Very Mediocre

Pros

Junior staff were a fun group. Everyone is nice .

Cons

Weird company culture. Managment plays favorites and gatekeeps individual growth. They will repeatedly say you can do whatever you want here but the reality is they keep everyone pretty silod. Senior staff and PMs micromanaged & this kept them so busy that it affected budget and quality of work.

Only Look for Short Term Employment Here

Pros

There aren't a lot of pros. They have parties occasionally that can be fun.

Cons

You will not get paid what you are worth. The raises are minimal and aren't even a cost of living raise. The CEO will tell you the company is making a ton and they keep acquiring companies left and right, but they refuse to give you a decent merit raise. If you aren't an engineer, there aren't a lot of growth options. People will take advantage of you, especially the higher ups. There is a HUGE advantage to being at Headquarters in Rapid City. They have the bigger parties/birthday lunches that the company pays for, recognition, promotion, etc. If you are anywhere else, you feel left out when you hear about how much more headquarters does for their office. If you are remote, then you basically get no perks ever. If you want to continuously feel appreciated, look elsewhere. If you need some experience in the short term, that is about the only recommendation for working here.

It's okay.

Pros

Flexible schedule depending on the department, position, and location.

Cons

Nepotism is the way to get ahead at respec. If you're friends with the right manager you can do whatever you want and still get ahead. Limited career growth. Leadership structure makes no sense. Lack of accountability and discipline throughout the company.
