      None, nothing, zero, nada, not a single pro

      Cons

      Brought on for a contract and was promised full time employment regardless of contract. Was fired for "performance" when management lost the contract due to incompetence. Complete clown show of a workplace with no real leadership or direction.

      Went through an internal transition and the culture has been less forgiving. Politics has bled into the company and spoiled a lot of benefits that use to exist
