Pros

The people are amazing, the culture is one of a kind and I always feel like I have a lot of autonomy with both the work that I do and the boundaries I set myself. The pay is solid and I can be fully remote with no issue so that's a big plus.

Cons

It's hard to get other consulting work doing something outside of my 'specialty'. Once I got put in a section I've been stuck there, and don't find many opportunities to learn more within my company. Any other code work has to be on my time.

Pros

Flexible schedules that allow working from home. Varied, fast-paced work makes for excellent learning experiences.

Cons

I believe too many projects are taken on and staff is stretched too thin. I fear the quality of work produced is suffering as a result.
