      Feeling Hopeless- Better cash out your pdos

      Pros

      Deep sense of pride when you see changes in residents. You can take care of your family, but you'll have to use government aid along with your work check.

      Cons

      NO RAISES. They keep around sorry staff to keep overtime down. Low morale. Feeling stuck. Feel like management doesn't care that you're in poverty because we don't make nothing. PDOs that we can't use.

      Corporate expense account, free alcohol at company sponsored events, learning the hard way what to avoid in your next job search.

      Cons

      Ridiculous policies, middle management who know just enough to be dangerous, and a have/have not culture between management and line staff.

      They will pay you every 2 weeks

      Cons

      Upper management gets most of the profit and the workers are slaves .you don't have a voice in thier company ..they treat therapists , QP's like dirt and expect them to make all the money while the amen staff goes home at 5 has lunch hours and blames everything on the real working staff
