You knew you had steady income. Benefits were fair.

Cons

Pay, Poor Management, just to name a few. I'd run out of space listing all the issues. It seemed if you wasn't in a leadership position, you wasn't of any importance. No raises. I started at the bottom and worked my way up, so I've seen both sides. DSA's are overworked and underpaid. Management could careless. They promote "Teamwork", but it's not there. Terrible company to work for.

company bought out by a for-profit, there are two corporate offices one in Atlanta one in Asheville that overlap and cause chaos, and they randomly fire people unfairly, falsify documents and lie.
