Pros

My manager is laid back and helpful. Upper management isn't micromanagers. Regional manager, Jay, is super cool and invests in his employees. I feel like when I graduate with my master's there will be so much opportunity for me and they will be willing to invest in my future. Clients I have are super cool and I am SO glad I landed with RHA.

Cons

Changes coming from the MCO have made the entire organization chaotic.

A Passion to Support the Well-Being of RHA Employees!

Pros

I have never worked with a company that financially invested in the health of their employees! RHA offers FREE annual screenings where I met one-on-one with a nurse and discuss my health numbers - such as blood sugar, cholesterol, weight, blood pressure - and they gave me great advice. RHA does other wellness events such as holiday weight challenges and they are bringing the Weight Watchers at Work program to some of the locations.

Cons

Sometimes knowing about everything that is going on throughout the company can be a challenge.

Pros

RHA is a great organization to work for with lots of opportunities for advancement. Hard work and dedication is recognized and rewarded by senior management. I have worked for the company for 9 years and within 3 years I was promoted twice. Very talented workforce who are dedicated to providing quality supports to individuals with I/DD.

Cons

Since the services provided by RHA are primarily Medicaid funded, compensation for Direct Support Associates and other positions is low. This is not unique to RHA as wages are comparible to other organizations in this industry.
