Pros

They work well when time off is needed. The hours are great with most weekends off. Oppurtunities for professional growth are avaiable for those interested. Work enviroment pleasent and almost stress free.

Cons

I could make at least $5 more in my profession (RN) elswhere. No bonus. Have not had a raise since 2009.

Great for work/life balance, plenty of time off when needed and good benefits.

Cons

Low pay. Lack of communication company-wide. Outdated computer technology. Tasks can be much more streamlined -- too much duplication of required information.

I really love how the VP's help with managing the office and try to keep up with the work performances. They are quite fair with dealing with the staff. I am very pleased with how they operate. If I ever have a problem, I know that these ladies will get to the bottom for answers. I have a GREAT deal of loyality because of these ladies. Very supportive.

Cons

The leadership can not be trusted with personal information or with your feelings. When they tell me something and then later tell someone else another story regarding me, I feel that I had support and do not.
