      Pros

      RHA Behavioral Health does a lot of good with very little resources. I have seen dedicated professionals change peoples lives for the better.

      Cons

      The services we provide don't get enough funding from the state to pay employees what they deserve.

      As a not-for-profit organization, the clients always come first. Excess budget money was always spent on them for new furniture and always met their needs.

      Cons

      Overtime can generally burn you out quickly. Home Managers have limited skills, and can ride you!

      Thank you for your response. I agree with you, the people we support always come first. I see it everyday working in the corporate office. Every decision that is made has the people we support at the center.
