Pros

Remote options. That’s about it.

Cons

Absolutely terrible management. Management turnover for our team was terrible and none of them ever received training or took the time to learn what our team did. A constant complete lack of support from management. All roles are underpaid. Senior leadership completely out of touch. Advancement opportunities severely limited. Employees that “shmooze” are prioritized for advancement rather than employees that are actually putting their head down and working hard. Hardly any work life balance. Laughable bonuses.

I am sorry to hear you have had such a bad experience with us. We have grown in a number of areas of the business by double digits over the last year. This has caused a lot of growing pains that we are working to address. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t have these things in place in time for you to reap the benefits. There are areas of the business where we’re working on a stronger 90-day onboarding plan that includes more training, we’re putting certification training in place, we’re staffing up teams faster to balance the workload, and we’re doing a market review to support the ask for market adjustments where applicable. I’ve been personally involved, behind the scenes, to put these actions into place because I truly care about us being a great place to work.

Pros

PTO, Wellness days, Remote option.

Cons

Beware that even if you are a top performer, you’re at the risk of being let go. There has been numerous replies from RLDatix on Glassdoor responding to the lower ratings given. The consensus in all responded answers is to “Go to HR” or coming across that any negative reviews are met with stating people are low performers and that’s why management acts the way they do.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. As our business has gone through the process of restructuring, like many businesses in this position, we face the difficultly that the organizational changes inherently bring, like letting people go. This is one of the hardest things to do. We understand that when we let someone go, we are impacting their life. It is really important to us to support the transition of exiting employees. The packages we put together take years of service into consideration, finding a new job, as well as their health and wellbeing. I can appreciate that there is little that can be said that is going to make being let go feel any better.
