Pros

Flexible schedule Intelligent, kind, and innovative colleagues

Cons

Pay is far less than the industry standard. Extreme lack of transparency and communication (there is none). Employee work load is too much and everyone is spread thin (partly due to retention issues). Management is also spread thin, and in turn, the entire team suffers. CEO is out of touch - brags about how well the company is doing and how many companies are being acquired, yet employees are still not paid a fair/decent wage. Promises of raises and/or promotions are continually made and continually broken - this creates resentment, and employees are well aware they are not being valued. When confronted about this, management will say their hands are tied and there’s nothing they can do (this is a lie). Pay disparities - new hires are being compensated at higher rates than legacy employees. Men are consistently paid more than their female counterparts who are equally as qualified. This also breeds departmental resentment. Management and higher ups do not exemplify company values and mission - in fact, quite the opposite.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback on your experience working for RLDatix. We are glad you found the work environment flexible and enjoyed collaborating with your colleagues. We recognize there have been some issues within our credentialing department as it relates to workload and salary. I assure you there have been additional resources brought in to hire more team members and get them trained up quickly. We just launched a new employee referral program that will feature an additional reward for all credentialing referrals for the month of October. We’re also reviewing team salaries and pulling market data to be sure salaries are competitive. If you’d like to discuss in more detail, please reach out to me at hgreco@rldatix.com so we can schedule a time to connect.

Pros

If you were ever interested in working at an organization before the benefits of work-life balance or creating a cancer free culture, than this is the place to you. Legacy employees will drive you away but the newer employees hired are much more welcoming.

Cons

No leadership direction, back-stabbing culture, not enough resources to be succeed, over-worked and under paid. They will work you until you quit. There’s not enough money to our weight the cons. In sales, the products aren’t the market leader and in many ways, the software does not meet current tech standards. Makes it very difficult to succeed with subpar products. Every coworker is out only for themselves. If you are searching for a trusting and team based environment where you can succeed long term, do not even accept the first interview.

Pros

I believe in the product and am an advocate for Patient Safety. Great colleagues.

Cons

I would like to start off by pointing out how obvious it is that the HR team will write fake reviews to offset the reality of this company. Not to mention some of the condescending comments left in the replies. As for me, I truthfully have never been led astray as much as I have here at RLDatix. Upper management and execs will pump this false narrative around getting employees excited about the direction of the company, when in the end, it is apparent that the board, C-Level, and manager become more greedy. It is clear this excitement that they express is through their own gain. There have also been false expectations when it comes to pay and growth within the company. In sales specifically, how do I continue to close more ARR each year, but my income has decreased. My commission rates are changing constantly without any explanation or insight. I can confidently speak for others when I say this, we do not feel valued at RLDatix. If you want to hide in the shadows and be another mule for this company, then this is the place for you. If you want to feel respected, have a sense of value, be rewarded for your hard work, receive growth opportunities upon earned, and not lied to, then I highly suggest not working for this company. No I am not just a disgruntled employee, these are real feelings. These are real people, with real feedback. This is the reality and I want to spread awareness. I know that management and execs will keep on stuffing there mouths with food and not give a care in the world about the voice within the company, let alone these reviews. However, what we can do is protect others from entering the belly of the beast. Please highly consider working for RLDatix. Coming from someone with your best interest in mind.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns and your real feelings. Myself, our Head of Talent Acquisition and our Chief Product Officer, to name a few leaders, take the time to personally read and reply, to the comments left here. We appreciate the comments. I can appreciate that we each have our own perspectives and that creates our reality. Having been here now for over a year, my reality feels very different from what you describe here. I see one of the most transparent companies I’ve worked for. Company direction is shared as well as financial details with all employees. We are also a company of fast growth and admittedly, challenges that come along with that growth. We saw a lot of change over the past year including changes to our sales, and in turn, changes to our commission structures did take place. We also saw the establishment of the president’s club to reward sales team members that achieved their targets. The sales ops team worked this past year to stabilize and simplify the commission structures. I appreciate that we don’t share the same experience in the business and I invite you to have a conversation with me so I can learn more about what’s happening for you and look for ways we can continue to improve.
