      THE WORST COMPANY EVER

      Pros

      They are happy to spend money on their employees with regards to food and drink but not on employee salaries. You will be flown around the world for team building but seems to be more of an excuse for leadership to get drunk.

      Cons

      Toxic environment from anyone with a manager or director next to their title. New are ideas are not welcomed and you will be treated like a dog. Sales managers and product marketing are not experts in their markets and provide little to no help on how hit targets. You can see this company going down soon if it wasn't for their large funding from god knows where. PLEASE, don't waste your time with a company who directs their employees to create fake positive reviews on Glassdoor. Its's all fake. As a minority employee full of all white, straight males, its clear its a boys club.

      Thank you for taking time to leave your feedback. I'm sorry to hear your experience with RLD hasn't been very positive. As an organization, we embrace 365 feedback from all employees and use this information to learn and make sure we are in touch with all aspects of our employee population. We are a work hard play hard company and support outside the office interactions that includes many activities not directly associated with happy hours or alcohol centric activities. RLD is very competitive in the market and has a pay for performance compensation model. As in any sales role, we are a goal orientated company that sets aggressive goals at all levels of the organization and holds everyone accountable to their individual responsibilities. We will also continue to invest in education, team building and in person events to promote our mission. Any internal requests to review RLD on Glassdoor have been done so by asking for honest, candid feedback about their experience.

      Stay Away from this Toxic Company

      If you get the job, you won't be here long.

      Cons

      Leadership lies, covers up and throws people under the bus. Management hires uneducated and unqualified people to lead teams so they don't have to pay a higher salary for a more qualified person. There is a lack of communication and much confusion about the vision of this company. Products are not meeting regulatory standards and instead of making workplaces safer they put healthcare at risk. If you want to advance your career, find another employer with more competent management. CEO doesn't even know healthcare.

      Don't believe the fake reviews. Leadership went on a campaign

      Pros

      Outside of meeting some new team members that come and go with quirky employment, it's really too chaotic here with egos leading the way instead of strategy. The idea of RLDatix is a great one but outside of UK Allocate team, it's a complete mess. No focus on diversity.

      -Inflated Egos -Combative meetings -Backstabbing constantly -High Turnover (new hires come and go quick)

However, for others it is a great work environment which is why we won "Most Loved Workplace". This award was given to from anonymous survey data completed by all employees.
