Was interesting business with an impact you can be proud of....was.

Cons

Spending way too much on buying companies but doesn't spend near enough time or money on integrating them properly or treating people right. Trying to create a company with a patch work of cultures that do not fit well together and the only ones benefiting are the senior leaders. Such a toxic culture and the fault is with the top.

High demand with low pay. Disorganized. Operations are being shifted to East Europe.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback on your experience working for RLDatix. I am happy to hear you enjoyed our flexible work environment and the ability to work from home. I realize working for a company in heavy acquisition mode can have challenges including feeling disorganized. We are working to create a new intranet which will give timely company updates and create better global communication. Inflation has been challenging for most this year and to help with the rising cost of living, RLDatix gave employees an inflation adjustment in addition to a yearly merit increase for good performance. Some great people and some questionable leadership

-skilled and competent people -some flex in the way in which you get your work done

Cons

-senior leadership really too focused on acquisitions with no effective way in communicating the guiding vision - very piecemeal and focused on the numbers vs people -worked at other US lead and global orgs but the leadership at RLDatix had more of a gap between values and their actual actions -needs more focus at the top on programs and investments in people, not just shareholders
