Love it, great company to work for, I have worked with some awesome people and learned so many things.

Cons

Not very many employee incentives, or rewards. When employee's go the extra mile make sure you really stop to appreciate them

Pros

My supervisor, hours, remote, policy on abusive customers.

Cons

It took over 8 months to get benefits I was told I would get right away, advancement was impossible without a lot of seniority, pay was not great for the job.
