Pros

I am impressed by how much the organization listens to its employees. I have expressed my desire for certain items to be changed through survey feedback and have seen significant improvement. The training program for my department has been revamped. The HR department sends out a quarterly survey to determine training topics to ensure that the topics are engaging, useful, and relevant. Several flexibility perks were added including Work From Home and Sick Days. Parental leave was also lengthened significantly. It feels great to work for a company that listens and responds. I have also learned a lot in my role because I work for a company that challenges its employees in an industry that’s thriving. It’s motivating to make a difference for e-commerce businesses and help them grow in a profitable way.

Cons

Due to the company's rapid growth, there has been a lot of change in the past year, which takes adaptability. Change, in general, can be hard. However, I understand the need for the change and can see the long-term benefit.

Pros

My background is in entrepreneurship, and I find great satisfaction in helping businesses grow beyond their expectations, exceed their goals, and ultimately be more profitable directly because of hard work put in to their paid search marketing. The work is challenging, but extremely rewarding! ROI is growing rapidly and has an exciting future that also presents great opportunity for those who work hard to grow their personal careers. It's exciting to work for a company that's excelling and creating jobs despite the economy. The employees here are self-proclaimed over achievers who would go the extra mile for their team-mates and their clients, but they also know how to have fun. I can truly say that I have great friendships at work! If you're looking for a job working with great people, where your input is valued and your hard work truly makes a difference, ROI could certainly be the place for you!

Cons

You may put more hours in here than you did at previous jobs, but you're well compensated for overtime. Also, the interview process is a bit rigorous, but in the end you can be proud to have made it through!
