middle management are a joke - they are people who have not managed before and micromanage their team. if you look up comedian Brian Kearney on social media and the parodies/jokes they make about their boss is legitimately the bosses that exist at RQM

Strongly reconsider to come work here. Look at leaderships background op and commercial and sales and see if the background matches the current title. Leadership doesn’t know what they are doing therefore sit around all day running reports on who is active on teams or not. If you provide any sort of feedback or concern prepare to be terminated for giving an opinion. Leadership frequently lies to try and win client work and are unethical to try and close deals. Run from here. They have fired numerous people during their “probabtionary period” after sucking them dry of work and intel.
