Not Good, Career Stifling

Pros

Flex schedule as needed and encouraged to take.

Cons

There’s little to no career growth with this company. And, the company is on a downward spiral. From wide-scale layoffs, little new business, and incompetent senior and mid-level leadership, the company has been in crisis for two years. It’s impacted retention of good employees and morale is low all around. I recommend to avoid unless you have no other options.
