People quit quicker than they can hire!!

Pros

Exec are too good at painting a rosy outlook during interviews. They excel in hiding the major cracks, especially in the Commercialization Team.

Cons

Exec Team (especially in Commercialization) are extremely weak, insincere on the highest level & clearly out of their depth in working for a much larger corporation now!! No accountability for their repeated mistakes but go above & beyond in throwing teams under the bus, as well as their fellow Exec Team members. No empathy if you are suffering from mental health issues. It is very much frowned upon. Their lack of presence is shocking when it comes to important matters. They don't like to hear anything negative and will not accept any constructive criticism!!
