Pros
Joined this company for a brief period in 2022 before moving on to another organisation with a more defined career path. Lots of positives: 1. excellent on-boarding 2. HR are efficient and very pleasant to deal with 3. transparent business operations 4. very employee-centric 5. flexible/fully remote with emphasis on work/life balance 6. feeling of forward momentum. 7. bonus structure which benefits all employees
Cons
1. Some out-dated and cumbersome processes but they are working to change these rapidly. These are partly due to integrating systems and processes following recent merger/acquisition between two companies. 2. Benefits are not yet fully in place for European-based employees but these are coming shortly also. Neither of these could be considered true cons as they are currently being improved or put in place.
