4yWe appreciate your feedback because we want to know what is going well for associates as well as recommendations for areas to improve. Our Telecommuting program and the goal of work/life balance is important and something we assess regularly. We are pleased to have decreased the required number of days in the office, for those in positions that can be done remotely. When we return to the office, associates only need to be in two days/week.
