Pros

Very easy to get hired. With his reputation, this guy will not attract any reputable talent at this point. The compensation will probably be attractive, just keep in mind it won't be for long.

Cons

I've read the other reviews and they pretty much say it all. Having been there, I can attest the stories are spot on. Words like toxic, terrible, and tyrant are appropriate here. I'd add pathetic. This place is a joke, and it's clear the owner has ran off anyone with half a brain and driven the company to absolute irrelevancy. There is clearly some money behind this operation other than the revenue. No way this joke of an operation is profitable. Seriously people - stay away.

Pros

You are allowed to leave only between 12 noon and 1pm, then its back to your jail cell.

Cons

This company has a Toxic culture created by the owner, i worked here less than six months. The owner walks around barking orders at people, you are not allowed to make any decisions unless approved by the owner, you are not allowed to speak to other employees. The minute you walk in you feel like you walked into a jail cell. He will degrade you in front of other employees and will remind you who signs your paycheck. This place is not worth the compensation. Do NOT accept an offer to work here you will regret it. The supply chain/Inventory management does not exist. the owner will not allow you to correct anything or make suggestions. Its his way or hit the highway. The turnover is perpetual, people leave every 6-8 weeks. Why people stay and take the abuse is incomprehensible.
