Pros

Solid product, excellent coworkers, convenient location

Cons

The owner. He is micromanager control freak who loves to insult and berate everyone, You never know when or even why he will blow up. It's hard to figure because he constantly changes the rules. Acceptable salary and subsidized health benefit, two weeks vacation and plenty of aggravation, disrespect and insults is all you will get working here. Work computers are ancient and do not have internet, no printer cuz your not allowed to print anything anyway, no paper plates in break room nor hot water for tea (or even in the rest rooms, plastic utensils are baby size, no sugar for coffee, you HAVE to take lunch from 12 to 1 and use vacation anytime your late or leave early, nothing allowed on walls, etc, etc. No raises, no teambuilding , no wonder high turnover

Pros

Biggest pro is not to work there

Cons

Working there. It is a ghost town and the President is outdated with bad business decisions. Promoting business that our not customers of his and I will be calling those companies . He is the worst form of a leader. If go work there it would you will lose 10 years of your life. The Work, Life, Balance is terrible. All the cubicles are empty for a reason. He is the worst leader in the history of leadership!!!!!
