      Worst working experience I've ever had

      Pros

      Honestly, the only pro to this experience was getting a better appreciation of what terrible work environment really looks like. It felt like an abusive prison, and the day I left was one of the happiest days I can remember.

      The other reviews summarize the situation very accurately. Do yourself a favor and don't go near this place!

      Pros

      The biggest pro is the location. No commuting to Fort Lauderdale nor Miami. The actual business iiself is interesting and challenging.

      Cons

      Management is the biggest con. He is a micromanager control freak who treats his employees like robots, and shows no appreciation for them, and no confidence in them. Females are particularly disdained.
