Pros

The pros of the job are good benefits, flexible 9/80 schedule, smart people to work with, career growth, interested in helping you succeed.

Cons

The work get's clustered in areas of the country, so one place has way too much work and another doesnt have enough which them results in lay-offs.

Pros

Good pay, good co-workers, nice perks and amenities

Cons

No training, sometimes crazy work hours for finance people, it's still an engineering company and finance is considered second-class.

Pros

The pay is decent, benefits are good, it is hard to get fired there (lots of employees who sit around and do nothing).

Cons

Awful culture. Expected to work late hours with no compensation. Promotions are not based on job performance. Lots of managers who do not know how to communicate.
