      Amazing co-workers that are passionate and hold each other to high standards - People that really do care about not only your work but also about your personal growth as a professional - Opportunity to bring your ideas to the table and have them heard and enacted - Great opportunity for growth and the company is always looking to be at the forefront of the industry

      Cons

      - Can be long hours during specific seasons - Learning and Development/Training is a little lacking, and could be improved

      Ownership and upper management are not in touch with the day to day operations.

We continually seek to provide our younger team members with opportunities to learn, while providing our more experienced professionals opportunities to continually grow. To support that goal, we are rolling out all new learning and development programs this year that will support our employees of every tenure.
