      Horrible Staff

      It is a crappy work environment.

      Cons

      The people who work here are horrible. They only hire a certain type of person. You must be a idiot and you also must be able to tell anything about your co workers. The more dirt the better. They do not follow the rules. Example exempt employees who get unlimited overtime... The person in the payroll department gets unlimited overtime but she is exempt she is just one of the few. Lets not talk about her doing her nails on company time and getting her husband to come in the company to help her wiith personal files.....

      Terrible company

      Pros

      Don't have to leave the building to grab lunch.

      Cons

      If you're a minority, a woman, or not Italian, you won't move up in company. Work life balance is poor, the company is very cheap and does nothing to boost moral. If you enjoy working long hours for low pay, working in a depressing environment with other employees who are not happy, and don't mind working for impatient and rude managers then you may want to turn in an application.

      Poor company both in terms of economics and culture

      I really don't have much to say that is positive.

      Cons

      Cheap, incredibly cheap company, CFO counts the number of pens. Have to get permission to print in color! Misplaced power cord for computer, couldn't work that day because IT didn't have any to borrow because they had no money. Upper management is dominated my Type A men who are cheap, unfriendly, and chauvinistic pigs. One big frat house with limited work life balance.
