      Quality Building Portfolio, A few decent and dedicated employees. good client and tenant base made up of quality companies. CEO Scott Rechler is a driven company leader,

      Cons

      Upper management overloads mid-level management with no support for long periods of time. Although the company's financial position is very strong, bonuses once factored into your compensation package have deteriorated and do not seem to be based on personal performance or dedication, but more so of what is left after the big guys take their share.

      Excellent place to cut your teeth and learn. Scott is a visionary

      Cons

      Out of touch with the market when it comes to compensation when promoting. Keep employees flat unless you go to them with another offer. They should get ahead of it
