* Scott Rechler is one of the good guys. It's a privilege to work for someone of such high ethical standards who cares about his customers and employees. * The company is committed to innovation and has built out a Digital Lab to help drive those changes. * My colleagues are intelligent, driven, and fun! * Not surprisingly, the office is beautiful.

Cons

* Lots to do and never enough time. Ability to prioritize and manage your own to do list is an important trait here.

I have nothing nice to say about RXR.

Cons

toxic office environment. Construction execs have no construction experience. Don't let the name RXR suck you in. It is not a good company at all.

Pros

Good name on street. Class A properties. Raises a lot of institutional capital. Low turnover historically with senior management in place for decades

Cons

Pays lower than competitors. No 401k matching. Below average maternity leave benefits. Health insurance seemed overly expensive possibly due to company choosing a cheaper policy
