Used to be open culture with good core values and people who follow them.

Cons

Not the fun place any more that people want to work. Right now it's going through one of the worst transitions by partnering with an Indian offshore company. No good future any more.

Used to be a lot of reasons, but not the same company. So many org shuffles and no one on exec team or HR will be open about anything happening.

Cons

New CEO every two years, all new exec team hired externally. Everyone in a panic and guess what, offshoring and outsourcing is big plan. Plus layoffs coming.

-Free credit on their public cloud -Many people are pretty awesome

Cons

-Too much middle management -No clear direction -always reactive/fire fighting mode -No innovation -No investment in serious software engineering -Everyone is overwhelmed -Managers promoted due to attrition and not because they are good at it -The buyout has completely changed the company culture and an entire tier of employees
