      Pays the bills for the moment.

      Cons

      Any and all jobs that can be shipped to India either currently are or will be shortly. Our customers are noticing the sharp drop in support, knowledge and ability.

      Pros

      Peers are top notch and some leadership does care.

      Cons

      Attrition from tenure of less than 1 year in C Suite to loss of best support and sales teams. Severely underpaid and the customer is treated like a number. Fanatical Support used to mean something to Rackers and the customer, until now it is all bottom dollar after going public to sell again.

      - Great Work/Life balance - Middle of the Road Pay - Learn a lot of new technology and skills - Wonderful people to work with

      Cons

      - No career growth, opportunities for promotions, or raises - Leadership sends a lot of mixed messages, saying we are doing great financially, but then cutting a bunch of jobs, not backfilling, cutting software licenses or swapping for cheaper less than ideal tooling. - Middle Management doesn't have any idea what ELT's plans or goals - A lot of really talented people leaving en mass, and no jobs being backfilled to replace them
