It is an environment with great co-workers who genuinely care about customer results and supporting one another.
Cons
The CEO is driven by Private Equity owners to squeeze every bit of expense and cut the organization to the bone in the drive to make their Rackspace Technology investment as attractive as possible to a buyer. Unfortunately, it is at the expense of the hard working employees that are constantly being told to "do more with less." The company just initiated a 10% workforce reduction to a previously understaffed environment.
