A lot of silos- very segmented Communication from D+ has disappeared New CEO is just a suit- many people don’t even know who he is outside of the occasional, random and inconsistent open book It’s become a culture of fear due to no communication surrounding when layoffs do happen. They happen and are kept hush hush and tried to be swept under the rug. Internal pay when promoting is a joke. They offer so many people under the payband, because heaven forbid it’s a significant % increase. Why even have payband minimums if you’re going to offer significantly below them? Merit and promotion come out of the same tiny pot of money, so merit increases basically don’t happen bc everyone tries to promote instead.
