Pros

The ability to go to work right out of school with minimal to no experience is the biggest plus. The staff and management are amazing and always there when you need them. There are many locations if you choose/need to transfer.

Cons

The only cons would be ones that you create for yourself. If you show up and do the work you will be rewarded as it should be at any place of employment.

Pros

No Weekends unless you want overtime. Paid Holidays. Some sites you're the only tech working which means you need coverage from a remote tech, but they do have a lot of coverage for that. You just need to put in your PTO early.

Cons

Tight schedules. Place your own IVs and inject. If you're the only tech at the site, you're in charge of ordering your supplies, maintaining the room, and doing the QCs.
