Pros

Superb coworkers and employees really care about patients and the work they do

Cons

Regional management team talks about other managers and employees in a negative way to favorite employees which get special treatment. All other employees that are not like them are treated as outsiders. Showboating with no substance. Walk all over people and don't listen, pretend they are listening for show. Regional management is very fake with no substance.

Pros

I've been working as a psr a little over a year now. In the short time I've been here I have been given opportunities to learn new things outside of being a psr and possible advancement opportunities. The hours are good and allow for approved overtime when necessary. As long as you do your job well, your honest and reliable management will treat you with respect.

Cons

Although raises are given to employees who really deserve them it would be nice to see yearly raises and reviews.
