Pros

Employees, free parking, get own desk, patients are nice, various options for health benefits alto not cheap.

Cons

Poor pay, no such thing as promotion or raise. No 401k contribution, 30 min breaks once a day only. Sick, personal and vacation leave all including in PTO hours (5 hrs per pay). Low morale in office. Quick turnover. Benefits went up despite no raise ever being offered to employee. Dead end job
