Pros

I was hired right out of school once I had my California license. I then passed the fluoroscopy exam. Others from out of state were hired wit out the fluoro license as well and the managers did not push taking the fluoro exam. The start off salary was higher then other places.

Cons

They never gave me a raise. My experience was a good one working there. I had high performance reviews but when I asked for a raise things got a little strange. I only asked twice. Both times I was then assigned to less desirable location far from my home and regular assignment.
