Nice clients. Good working hours.

Cons

Poor communication . No staff meeting with the entire staff at once. More interested in the volume of patients/ numbers and money than in patient services and creating an inviting work atmosphere. De staffs employees to save thee company money. No matches in a 401k program.

Paycheck that is the only reason

Cons

Greedy soulless people who care about nothing but their bottom line. Another round of cutbacks to an already limited staffing situation. Too many middle managers who don't help with patients. Only people who seem to get bonuses or raises are managers who keep staff low and work people beyond their limit while telling us how lucky we are I only wish people knew how the staff is treated and I'd like to think customers would take their business to a company with a heart that at least appreciates their employees
