Overall a great experience.

Pros

Flexible with schedule. Locations are spread out through Coachella valley, good for techs who live in the Palm Desert area.

Cons

Pay sucks. Techs are always on-call during weekends and different locations. Communication is through email, never in person. Learning billing and scheduler jobs as a tech, very time consuming.

Easy to get a job with the company and there is a lot of locations throughout California as well as other states.

Cons

No raises and benefits for part time employees even though some work over thirty hours a week on a regular basis.
