Amazing colleagues, decent hours, outpatient stuff. Lots of cross training opportunities.

Cons

Low pay, overscheduled techs, no breaks, upper management is absent. Very high employee turnover for a reason,

Maybe the people you meet? The insurance is really good

Cons

The busiest place you will ever work and it will still not be enough, the pay isn't great. They want you in every modality under the sun to cover . Don't ever say no to a late patient they will chew your head off.

Company does not care about patient care and safety. It’s all about the numbers. Patient quota increases monthly resulting in long patient wait times due to double booking. Low morale and turnaround. Low pay and no raises given.
