Unorganized corporate structure. More interested the corporate growth than doing right by the employees helping to grow them.

Pros

The medical, dental, and vision coverage is great. They also offer discounts on your cell phone and many other amenities. The people I work with seem like genuinely good people for the most part. I have worked for many places over the past 20 + years and so far this company ranks at the top.

Cons

If you don't play ball and realize that employee satisfaction needs to be balanced with profit and customer needs than this isn't the job for you. To be honest there probably isn't a job out there for you that you will like.
