Pros

It's a job, I guess

Cons

Employees are constantly micromanaged Atmosphere of threats and intimidation by management Favoritism severely affects morale and patient care Managers have no idea what they're doing So understaffed and overworked its almost impossible to get vacation time or sick time, try to call in sick and you are told "no, you can't call in sick, you must come in" No raises, no appreciation, just threats Its all about the numbers, "Patient Care" is not a concern No support from HR Terrible benefits, 6 holidays

Pros

Service is needed by most doctor

Cons

MAJOR MICRO MANAGEMENT very toxic working environment very demotivating management constantly feel like you will lose your job for no reason they hold you accountable for things that are completely out of your control they haven't given raises in over 7 years, yet they keep buying out other centers they are seen by most doctors as the KMART of radiology, not good quality in any way Company logo is outdated Local headquarters ( Baltimore) looks like a dump truck stop, very cheap and outdated Comp plan is poor and is adjusted every quarter They don't care about their employees or patient care, it's all about buying other centers.

RADNET SUCKS!!!!

Pros

I like the people I work with because we share the common ground, we are like a big family

Cons

I've been working since I was 14, by far Radnet is the worst and the cheapest company i have ever worked for. The pay and benefits are horrible, management doesn't give you a shred of respect, their #1 goal is how to maximize their endless income, their employees and patient care always come last. No raise or bonuses since they took over. Trying to monopolize the outpatient imaging industry by forcing small and independent imaging facilities to close their doors by running them out of business. Radnet is bad for America and its economy, I hope they go down hard and stay down for all the wrong they do, I rather collect unemployment than work my tail off to make these vampires richer everyday.
