Cyclical, manageable work load. Not overly complex work.

Cons

Lacks leadership/organization from upper management. 6 total federal holiday days off. 10 PTO days/year. Parking is located across a busy street, entire department must cross/jaywalk everyday to get to office. No raises or bonuses for department except for upper management.
